Full Throttle (Alt: Full Throttle) is a 3rd class active skill available to all 3rd Classes. This skill was implemented among other skills with the Lv175/60 expansion.
Effect
Fully restores HP and places a temporary buff on the user that increases all base stats by 20% and doubles Movement Speed. When this skill expires, the user will be rebound, which is an unique debuff that decreases Movement Speed by 25%, prevents natural HP & SP Recovery, and displays the emote /swt every 2 seconds, lasting for 10 seconds.

Notes
- Only base stats are affected from this skill. Stats from Job Level, equipment, consumables and skills do not count.
